I'm a self described data nerd, I love working with and understanding everything I can about it. The most common tools I use are Python, R and SQL.
I recently graduated with my master's from the University of Rochester studying Quantitative Marketing, I am currently searching for a position where I can dig deeper into interesting problems and projects.
Tested and implemented faster and more accurate utility estimation in conjoint software products. Improved baseline speeds of Hierarchical and Empirical Bayes estimations.
Wrote and revised labs and programming exercises that taught university level mathematics students python, SQL, and other data driven tools.
Created a tool to cluster, detect and rank anomalous data points on system environment data collected by sensors on Cray supercomputers using various machine-learning algorithms designed to perform cluster analysis. Researched and designed an algorithm to map error clusters to originating faults in DRAM units of the Trinity Supercomputer located at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Implemented machine learning algorithms to perform cluster analysis and anomaly detection with the System Environmental Data from the Trinity Supercomputer.

Almost all of my interests revolve around my wife and sports. I love basketball and tennis, and we are both picking up swimming. We love to hike, camp, and travel whenever we can.
When we can't do those things we love to cook and enjoy a good TV series or books. I love sci-fi and fantasy authors like Andy Weir and Brandon Sanderson.
